Not sure, here in NZ there is no such shop/bike shop that supply anything remotely for lowrider/springer forks unless someone specialy imports them, I've seen plenty on aliexpress but of cause you wait some time depending on where you live in the world, your best chance is to Google lowrider...

If you want to keep the same wheel you can gently angle grind then file down the bottom of the steerer tube like what I did on my in the weeds build, you can buy separate springer fork steerers so you don't have to cut up your original steerer
