This is how far I made it last year in the mbbo. If I’m unable to disassemble and then complete the build, I may want it moved to just a build journal if possible. It needs tons of work and sits in this state. Needs a new hub set up and some mild additions and changes

Just another thought if you haven’t chased threads before. Use some tapping fluid. There are some alternatives to going and buying the fluid. Make sure you cut about a 1 turn worth of threads and back it off a bit to break the thread. Then repeat. Keeps the die from binding and will guarantee...

What is the criteria for using a DNF build? Does it have to be completely different from the original build off version? Or, does it just need to be completely tore down to be rebuilt?
