I want to hop in the BO train this summer, however we will see if i have enough time and money to attend class 2 or even both. I missed the summer BO last year and it was sad, so i don't want to make the same mistake this year :)

Cool! I was not aware of such an option. I have both a cutting plotter and a laser printer, though my printer leaves a lot to be desired.

Since the steel is so hard on this particular fork i won't risk bending it cold. So cutting it seems easier and faster solution for me.

So, i've started chopping apart the original Radiant fork with the freshly made tool after my new hole saw arrived. Just to find out it is made out of same extra hard steel that the hole saw won't even bite into! You can see the saw barely scratched the fork on this photo. Well, the good news...
