FOUND Schwinn stick on head badge

I have one, but not in perfect condition.

FOUND Wanted - Schwinn kickstand with tube

Small packages with stuff like chains, grips and so on cost around 8 - 12 bucks, bigger packages with tires and handlebars cost around 25 - 30 bucks. All prices above are for priority air shipping, if you don't mind to wait with sea shipping then prices are another 30% cheaper. In my opinion...

FOUND Wanted - Schwinn kickstand with tube

Sure, no worries :) Shipping from Poland to US is surprisingly cheap by the way, about three times cheaper then from US to Poland :)

FOUND Wanted - Schwinn kickstand with tube

It is standard for 26" i believe. Okay, i will dig my kickstand box and post you the pictures soon. If i remember correctly i even had both black and chrome new ones. I'll try to do it tomorrow but if i won't manage then i do it in the weekend ;)

Would Electra one work for you? The only difference is the welding method used to attach the fender bracket.

Rims...a question about the pros & cons...

I've got a couple of rims like that, i can sell them to you if you want. First are the famous Alexrims DX32, double wall, they would hold anything, almost undestroyable. The second ones are of a less famous manufacturer, also double wall, they are also pretty good, tested them on some bikes...

    Springer ?

Modern Monark style forks as well as modern Schwinn style forks are just too stiff and heavy. The Roadmaster forks are the best of all the ones i have tried, so if you can get your hands on a vintage one - go for it! ;)

Kustom Kruiser Roadster and disc brakes.

Here are my 5 cents. Do not use those "adapters" posted up there, they will bend like tin foil under the torque generated by a heavy ebike. I suggest you to use roller brakes. I run such a setup on my Project Firebolt build. They sufficiently withstand the load and are very easy and comfortable...

    Typhoon klunker build

Wrapping bars in fine sandpaper works well to prevent slipping.

    Loose on Tucson

I have the same brought to service by a friend! Do you happen to have a chain guard for it?

Yes! Not necessarily so deep, but yes.

    Nothing fits me

I couldn't find one for myself so i made one! :D In general if you like classic cruisers and want to get as close but bigger - Project 346 cruiser is the best choice for you. They could be hard to get, especially in US (346 comes from the Netherlands, famous of its teller riders) but not...

    Lowrider build

Hello from Poland! Nice starting point and good job on that bike! In my humble opinion it'd look cool if you come up with some kind of fork crown extension to gain rake of the fork. It seems like the overall look would get better if the front wheel moves forward and BB moves slightly lower.

    Frankenstein (kinda) lives!!

PayPal payment is fine for me. I prepare the design for you for 15 usd. I think approximate production cost for a piece that big would be 50 usd (maybe slightly less, and rather shouldn't end up being more), shipping should be under 20. However i can tell you exact price once i confirm the...

    Frankenstein (kinda) lives!!

My name is Sergey :) The reason for the issue you are experiencing is i guess the shape of the teeth. Depending on the amount of teeth their shape should be slightly corrected. The tooth on 14t can't be exactly same profile as the tooth on 84t. My guess is (though i can not be 100% sure without...

    Frankenstein (kinda) lives!!

I can lasercut a sprocket for you out of stainless steel, no problem. What i need is the amount of teeth desired and that's pretty much it. Let me know if you want to keep the design you have or if i should come up with some other custom pattern for it :) Do i understand right, the chain you run...

    Yes, exactly.

I can prepare you a file for a sprocket that would align well.

    Suspension fork on a cruiser

It depends on what frame do you have. Retro ryder might work on some middleweight Schwinn or a Roadmaster, but might not on some other more modern cruisers. In general 1" threadless headset is what you need. May also run a machined alu adapter to fit a regular 1" threadless set to your...
