Also, I’m a cruiser dude. I will occasionally hit a downhill. So for me any tire is pretty much a good tire.

I put skinwalls/gum walls on 99% of my bikes. I prefer the look of them over all black tires. The powerblocks look like skinny tall Fixie tires with those wheels. I also bias when it come to tires lol. Ps. I do love how my DTH wheels ride, super smooth and have a high psi.

Pulled out some parts from the shed to get some inspiration. Nothing special, just building a mixed up 20” from a ‘74 Stingray frame. I cant decide if I should go with a banana seat or those big boy worksman’s. Still working on getting a fork and matching wheelset with tires.

Nice score! That’s the truing stand I want. I live in Los Angeles and these score come up often in CL or OfferUp but you have to be fast or extremely lucky.

Went out early in the ‘57, then took the kiddies out on a trailer ride with the Monocog. Both kids took a nap during the ride, now dad needs a nap. Good times.

Wife, sis in law, the kids (missing kids seats) and myself all went out to Ciclavia in LA for a spin.

Since this thread came back to life, here’s how my huffy currently sits. It’s my Rad Dad cruiser to take the kiddies out for a ride. Everything was pretty much stripped off of it, 99%of my bikes have all been converted to coaster brake.

Is bike stalker a thing? Cause if it is I’m that too.
