Picked myself up a 1980 Schwinn. Mostly all original minus the saddle, tires and grips. Not gonna do much to it besides make it a good stock rider again.

My newest and coolest homemade carved out wood piece. Made it for a friend.

I like building heavy cruisers with 3 speeds and coaster brakes. I usually look out for beater bikes on Craigslist or OfferUp with 3 speeds. A couple of brands I look out for are Shimano 3cc or a shimano nexus with a 3 speed. Both I’ve seen with 36 holes and ok braking with a coaster.

In some bike related stuff. I was out riding my bike around the neighborhood testing out smaller cogs on 20” when I come upon this bad boy laying in a pile of other stuff. Of course I brought it home. 3 full sets of older hardly used golf clubs. I do not know how to play golf YET!

I added a big Wald basket and made a “Rad Dad box” for beer and coffee runs. Version 2.0 coming soon with a slot for my phone with a built in sound amplifier. Good times!

Recently built “Go-Fer” bike.

Swapped the bars and stem on my 20” stingray, also threw on some Thompson ball end grips. This bike is officially set up for old man riding. It’s perfect.

Still looking for a 26” monocog that’s local. Iowa is a little far from California! Thanks for looking out though.

Cleaned up the GT. Kept it stock. Converted it to a 1x7. Super cool bike.

Chromoly decal - Check! Yeah once the frame sizes go into a medium/large size the geometry changes and it loses that BMX look for me. Personally I’m just picky like that. And yes it’s got the paint splattered style paint job.

I had a few frames like that with the little gussets on the head tube. One was a Hanter the other a cheap cruiser I picked up for free. Both were cheap Chinese frames. Frame was probably used by multiple companies.
