Thanks. Still have a ways to go,but nothing broke or fell off. For some reason my Mac won't show Photobucket videos anymore. Hope everybody can see it.

Getting towards the end of designing. Just about ready to pull it apart, weld the rest and then paint. Got the pegs on and tacked pretty heavy. They should work good.

Thanks Luke. I look at it as its getting closer to finished, and it looks so simple. Frame couple wheels ,motor and a jackshaft. There was quite a bit of work involved, since I built most everything. The gusset in the front takes up a little space and the big back wheel adds to the mix. Might...

Usually in my shoes. lol I have some cool pegs that need to be welded on too. I'm not that good at welding on my back, so I might weld them after the test ride after I pull it back apart to finish the welding and paint.

Thanks. I have tried to just hang in the house and I'm falling apart mentally. So I decided to take my mind off of it and play with the scooter a little. Got the chains lined up and a few more welds. Still have to put the pegs on, get a throttle hooked up and do more welding. Getting close to a...

Thanks Chuck. My dad passed away tonight so there will probably be a gap in anymore work for a while. Anybody got an extra prayer laying around , send it for him , and it will be appreciated.

Well with this project, I found out something. I can lay on the floor of my shop and I can weld pretty good, but I can't weld pretty good laying on the floor of my shop. Need a motorcycle lift to raise this up where I can get to it. They always said getting old ain't for sissies.

Had to build a couple stands for my jackshaft. The round ones were too close and the sprockets hit. Had some of the 1/4'' stuff and beveled and really burned the welds. Should hold till the cows come home. Anyway its just tacked till I look some more. Don't want to make any mistakes now.

Yeah the eagle was always the choice. It will have fenders, I hope. Luke the tire barely has air in it. I used some silicone on the rubber O ring that lets you run tubeless. I didn't want to push it till it set. Both tires will pump up more. Should round more in the middle. If not its just a fun...

I'm 64 and the first scooter I ever rode was a Cushman. Just never saw one bobbed. Did see the one with the Sportster motor on it. Didn't look bobbed though.

Not sure what that is. Got the motor and a TAV that will be used. It will be exposed .but the frame is pretty much built. Little late to make changes now.

Well maybe with fenders and all the parts on it. Doesn't look much different outside. ha ha

Finally after what seemed like an eternity ,I got my front tire. I wanted a smaller one in the front to handle better. The one I bought was 18'' tall . The back is 22'' tall. Looks way smaller. It might grow on me after its finished.

Thanks. I was going to do the speed holes like the Schwinn I did for my brother in law , but the gusset is pointed down and I think the holes would have to line up funny. Besides its going to be fast enough without them.:)
