Okay so the first ride wasn't very epic but I think I can sort it pretty easily.

It was like having a strong tailwind at the end, and I really needed it because I was reaching my physical limitations.

The goal is to get the metal as close to perfect as I can and then have everything nickel plated. I haven't begun to investigate what that will cost yet but its only money right?

Nah, its not in the bag. Your bike came out great, You made some very complex engineering look effortless. And even if you don't win, at least you still get the award for best wife. If my ex hadn't already left me she would have during this build.

a few more pics of the front duck tail. The fenders taper from 4" wide to 3 1/4. Makes for a nice round to gothic center. Now if only I could find some tires that taper as well. o_O

Well finished as a relative term right haha. It's rideable so it's going in regardless. I'm going to start on the fenders tonight and hopefully they don't kick my butt like every other aspect of this project has.
