I was thinking as I watched this that it would be cool to use the typical crank placement with some "stiltz" covered by pants for a truly freakish look.

Do you have a crank and B/B to fit that head tube B/B shell? Otherwise you might be putting the cart before the horse.

Oh yeah, I thought it would be obvious to you guys but I guess I should have clarified, yes I'm a dog. That dude in the background is just this guy that prepares my meals and picks up my poo piles. He wanted to get in the picture so I told him he could hold the bike up. He likes to feel useful.
