    This Ruff frame has bolt on rear dropouts. I cut new dropouts from 1/4 inch steel and raised the bike up 1 1/2 inches to give me more ground clearance.

    A nice gentleman gave me all these parts for free. 26 inch wheels with schwalbe cruiser tires hardly used. Front shimano dynamo hub with lights. Rear shimano nexus 8 speed hub, front forks, handlebars etc.
