    Steal This Bike!

Seen that before, have to be careful pulling tabs off newer frames these days, always grind. I've beat on Walmart frames with large holes in the stays. Piece of tape'll make the hole go away... Like it never happened.

What lube did you use for the rebuild? Wheels and tires are awesome.

Original artistic tank. Turning out nicely. Gotta have an exhaust pipe, extra points. Radiator clamp for cable stop. I do that too

    (MBBO) That Blue Bike

Good looking big boy. Like the homemade seat. Blue's a tough color for me to work with. Anodized paints are eye catching. What density value foam are you using, and what sort of waterproofing is being applied? My shorts are soaking after long rides. Need some kind of ventilated cover. Cool...

    Ross Apollo 5 Speed

Nice job! I remember the Apollo well. The best rider in our neighborhood owned an orange model. He beat it up so badly the wheels went way out of alignment. The front and rear appeared crossed from behind. Didn't stop him one bit from flying through fence openings with inches to spare. Near...

    Rust Never Sleeps

Carl, your silhouette shots are interesting adding a dramatic effect at times, but in this instance I can't see your work shooting against the light.... unless that's your intention.

    Hello from NY/Ct Border

I just started the Sunday rides last year late October after not attending for decades. I used to live in the area before moving upstate. It's slightly out range today. I hook up with a group of older guys south of me who give me a lift the rest of the way on Sunday. I handle the North County...

    Hello from NY/Ct Border

Hi Joe, I'm close to the CT border north of Greenwich by the Empire State Trail NY. Ride it often. By chance do you ride the weekly Bicycle Sundays in Westchester across from you in White Plains NY by the Westchester County Center? Do you participate in the Td Five Boro Bike Tour in NYC...

    Not quite ratrod or bmx.

Tight:thumbsup: I remember the Hutch ads when it was new. Almost bought a crusty cracked yellowed one a while back. Oh man, wish I was there to collab. Together we'd make a killer F1. Thank you for the specs brother.

    Not quite ratrod or bmx.

Looking sweet! :cool2: I'd have to push the bars forward. The stye fits perfect. I'm not into wheel covers but on F1s they work for me. What's the cartridge and spindle length? Size cup headset, Is it the Standard BMX size? The Qualifier uses 30mm cups. Cant use 1-1/8'' steering tubes...
