    "New to Wheel building" Question

@John DelGato, as beginner. The hole counts of the hub and rim must equal the same. The spoke cross patterns vary depending on hole count though. The max cross pattern for 28 holes = 3. For 20 hole it's 2 cross. There must be adequate head clearance to make a proper wheel. In low performance...

There was a thread dedicated to Beast mods. Love them, can't find it ATM Snapped this last year. Now I want to make one:p

    Rust Never Sleeps

Interesting, when I ride a 20'' the big wheels struggle to keep up with me... THE fun part. Stick around.

    What are you listening to?

YAY, got 2000 reaction points! Must be @RustyGold's doing. Have to celebrate. Still like the Stones better but Ace nails it:rockout: R.I.P Charlie Watts.

    OCC Stingray CHOPPER build 😎

Just got your user name:bigsmile: Most of my Lee memorabilia is lost:cry:Have a photo of my sensei with him in 67 around. Read your back story experiences. Hey, people are people. Eventually everyone has to figure it out for themselves. There's only a handful of people I trust with my bikes...

    '36 Elgin Osprey.

Using the outside BB shell as a rotation point is something I've wanted to explore seeing the frame below. Although not rotational, I immediately got the idea, a what if moment. Heavy design but should be very stable. Lots of interesting fab work going on in your build.

Nice work on that rally style band. Haven't seen one of those in while. Lee's efficiency is uncanny. He could take an opponent out with a toe strike. I train to make every move as effective as possible.... His way is part of my life.

    OCC Stingray CHOPPER build 😎

There's all sorts of ways it could be mounted, at least there's an idea. Could be refined in your case. I like an aluminum disc high polished. I'm sure you're aware of his Rollfast. I want to make a tribute bike. Read his books. Into martial arts for over 40 years... best I stop here. There...

Idea for your seat post. Requires a section of solid aluminum cylinder or rod. Two drilled holes; one to be threaded for the support bolt underneath and the other for the pivot bolt to mount the seat clamp. Holes would intersect and be the same size making it easier to thread with a tap set...

    OCC Stingray CHOPPER build 😎

Pertinent questions, I know your aim is looks but also consider handling. The trail length increases with all spacers under the head tube. That causes steering to feel heavier. All spacers on top will feel more lively. I suggest riding the bike before committing. Not sure I get what you mean...

    Let's Talk About Snow Bikes

I find women to be more adventuress than men in some situation. Grown men turn into mice when I put them on narrow ledges or ice at night. For me it's a non issue because I have no fear of heights. :wondering:

    Off-Roadster (ORBO)

Your bike in the foreground looks like a painting, a masterpiece! The blue painted feathers on the sprocket is brilliant! Handsome guy, both:wink1: Well, I got 2 muntz to get within striking range... I'm searching all over this place for luck cos' my skillz just ran away! Just playin'. I'll see...

    Chopper X

The trim adds another layer of depth, needed the color. Well balanced, excellent! The Ahead made it eh... I lost a bet there. The X on the cap is the only thing that seems out of place... No deduction.

What have you been riding lately?

Say, those are some nice bikes and look at that dark purple V8 ute. I've been turned by the 2JZ over the past couple of years. Oh, if my dad were still alive he'd disown me. Just learned where ute comes from:doh:

    Tips n Trix

Just performed a side by side to see how high a proof alcohol is necessary. Prepared both sides with the same alcohol cotton pad. Within 10 minutes the Glass Plus side fully grabbed. Over an hour later and the alcohol side still spins freely half way. What did I learn? 91% isn't high enough if...
