For your consideration I offer this awesome art deco aluminum EA fender mount horn light. I resisted the urge to totally polish it out so what you see is 100% authentic patina. The light parts are there but the horn appears to have been gone a long time. Original mounting hardware included...

And the Schwinn steerer tube has that piece of tubing welded across the bottom which could be sliced longwise allowing it to saddle over the lower link I had made. Lots of welding area..

I was thinking along the same lines Big Ape, but possibly using a Schwinn springer steerer tube. It's only metal so just a matter of fabbing something to fit the frames head tube.

Going to try to get a lake ride in before it's too late. I mounted up my home made studded tires last night. Some guy plowed a "road" around Little Squam last week but temps are climbing so I'm hoping for a cold Tuesday night for an early Wednesday pedal (hopefully not a paddle).
