Very nice touch 👌🏻

Added a small paint feature to the fender, to break up the green a bit and to mimic the darts on the frame.

First coat of clear for the frame!

I wanted some colors that would pop, and the smoke Gray helps make that happen. It is a current challenge to make everything play well. Hopefully it has a satisfying look to it once it’s out together. 🤞🏻

Tank you much @Dr. Tankenstein I have had some sloppy spots but I have been correcting them. The rustoleum 2x ultra cover is hard to control. ✌🏻

The tank is in its first stage of paint. Hopefully my last can will make it through. Still has details to be added.

The frame is ready for the clear coat. Though I like the satin, I clear coated with a gloss to protect the paint from wear. I should have picked up the flat clear. Use what ya got!

The darts came out fairly good. I will wet sand them a bit and touch up a bit of overspray. I layed the lime line tape down on the forks a little too early and it pulled some gray paint. Adding some darts to the frame this morning. The wind has been rough to deal with while painting, so early morning is best right now. Stayed up late last night taping off the frame.

The scratch made tank is going in to final primer. I chose a nice automotive, high fill primer to make everything smooth. It was tough modeling in the body filler between the fins/ribs. The high fill primer should help me get it to the finish I desire. I have also been waiting for the lime line...

The chain guard has been finish painted. Satin Apple Green, Smoke Gray & Stainless Steel.
