Good to know. they made the list because they come in 2.5” I think I’ll plan this one out to compliment my Haro so one bike is obviously for softer sand/ worse trails.

RRBO16 was my first and I did a complete rust job. This year I’m looking for the opposite. I took an unknown salvaged frame and with parts that I scavenged or got from other RR peeps I built a functional bike. It is fun to ride and play with but the toe strike is annoying and it’s a bit twitchy...

That red BMX stem and red chain might end up in BO17 if they are still available.

I think it’s all really confusing and you should avoid the stress, do the simple thing and send it to me, and I’ll play with it while I try and think of an answer to the question.

Another Haro Escape. I really like this bike. there is new rubber in its future and hopefully a better pair of mudguards. any suggestions? I do go through some brush once in a while and then this can be difficult. it may be hard finding some that match as well.

What Matti said. I’m cool with it, like was said above it’s almost just a mock up thinking bit, not real work. More builds is more fun. I don’t even have my frame yet, so maybe my late start will balance things out.

Hopefully there will be another chrome frame for this thread. I just bought a 1980s KHS chrome frame that I’ll use for BO17. I’m typically a rust rider. Those of you with chrome, did you clear coat it. I don’t see the point, but if it helps with the shine or protection then maybe I’ll look...

I’m in! I’ve been out of touch for a while but I just made an off on a frame today. If I get it, I’ll be building a shiny all-purpose does everything with comfort and style ride.
