Ya I was thinking they popped out a little to much, it's really hard to age new chrome plating with out just making look bad in general. I'll have to experiment some more ;)

I wouldn't recommend painting on a full white wall, it's always gonna come off. always better to get a true rubber white wall tire. the lettering on mine tires is a gel pen which is water based it's gonna come off at some point. will probably redo it with silver sharpie.

Finished up all the fender details and shot it with the last bit of paint. Got some fun accessories in the mail to finish up the build. The faux patina turned out great after all the weathering.

Started on the fender darts and pin strips, and I've gotta give credit were credit is due. I don't have the hands for this kind of work so I had to ask for help from a 30 year long career artist for this :grin:
