As long as you are on the side that the bike is on it's not an issue. It comes with a wall mount bracket set too so you really could eliminate that hazard if you wanted.

Looks like all original parts to me. Should be dated on the bars, gooseneck, and crank. Also the front axle may have a stamp on it too. (I'm not sure) Looks like the front fender is missing. The chrome parts may not clean up perfect but they should clean up some. Parts are easy to find. But...

It varies. But if the chrome cleaned up nicely enough I'd say that would probably bring $200-$300 in parts. Maybe more.
