The original tire on them was a Carlisle Jet Flyte, 20 x 2.125. They pop up on eBay form time to time. The front tire should be a Carlisle Super Ride, 20 x 1.75. I would use a Bike Pals slick for the back. Snydebike on eBay has them listed all the time. Great replacement slick and great price...

Veyr cool bike! Nice little project there! Looks like you have all the good parts for it, seat, sissy bar, shifter. Those would be the tough parts to find. The color that matches best is Pagan Gold from House of Kolor. I have a local friend who restored one and he used that color. It was spot on!

Very nice bike! Congrats on the purchase. That generator is a Schwinn item, it is called a Sportlight generator. those are great on Fastbacks because they are a little smaller and lighter than the Deluxe generator sold by Schwinn, I think they fit the Fastback perfectly.

Great score! The red Wheel bikes are the rare ones, you see mostly blue and a few bronze out there. The bronze had the black wheel on it. Looks like a nice original bike!
