    (MBBO#05 Class-2) Mean Mr Mustard...1x9 Install Begins

Awesomeness on that seat Chadley! That tops that bike off great! OJ, I have always felt the same way watching Chad work. He is that guy that isn't afraid to take anything apart and figure it out. Whether it's a 3b motor or a banana seat, he'll figure out the noodle and make it great.

    What chain guard?

It is probably a Huffy, I would bet it has the original sprocket and that would make it a Huffy.
  3. rfeagleye

    What chain guard?

Wow, that is a stumper. It sure looks like a Huffy except that back looks like a Rollfast. Is it a Monarch or a Mohawk? I believe Mohawk bought Rollfast at some point in the 70's, so maybe that is what it is? I just sold a Rollfast Top Drag sprocket that would have been kind of cool on it if it...

    Found a Super Stock Huffy

Nice find! That seat looks like it is in great shape! Those are a tough find in that color. Send me a PM for parts when you have a minute, I have some things for that bike if you feel like adding to the parts pile.

    Sears spyder tiger edition????

Wildcat is right on the money, that seat is a Troxel made tiger seat, vintage, but not original to that bike. I would do the same, take it off that bike and add it to a Copper Sears Spyder, they were used on that bike. Or sell it, it will bring some nice cash I bet. Nice find!

    (MBBO#05 Class-2) '68 Junior 7...Looks Like it's Done.

LOVE it! Nice job getting that re-done! I like the seat with the frame color, perfect combination. I think the stem is great, it has to have a little bling to it! I think if you added some blingy BMX style bear trap pedals it would match the stem and bring it all together. Just my 2 cents

"King 'Cuda" (1972 Ross) *4-year UPDATE!*

Also, for the throw on the shifter, you will probably have to either grind the tab on the shifter base to make it thinner, and/or grind the indent on the shifter handle. Just be careful not to grind too much off on the shifter base, if you make the tab too thin, it may bust off the base.

"King 'Cuda" (1972 Ross) *4-year UPDATE!*

CRASH, for the shifter you need washers like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/530-015254-Wave-Washer-Choke-Friction-Weedeater-Poulan-Etc-3-8-x-1-2-3-PACK-/151958238315?hash=item23616ab46b:g:lvsAAOSwEetV9HfR Both Schwinn and Shimano 5-Speed friction shifters use washers like this for tension. I...

Ross bike looks like an apollo but not

Banshee! Well there it is. I don't follow Ross bikes at all. The Baracuda Beast is great, the rest, meh for me. Nice catch CRASH!

Ross bike looks like an apollo but not

Wildcat is right on mark...that is a Ross Apollo that has had some surgery. The large flat frame tube is missing, and it looks like another tube was welded in its place. All the Ross frame queues are there, except the large flat frame bars attached at the bottom of the head tube.

    Memory Lane Swap Meet Finds...

They are weird. I think Columbia used them on some muscle bikes, maybe Rollfast too. Wald made them and the Rams Horn bars in the pics.

3rd Annual Bicycles at the Ballfield - Augusta KS

Good luck with the show man! I wish you were just a "little" closer, I would make the drive. You do a great job with this show, I think this year is going to be a huge one for it!

    Coast to Coast

Yup, that's the one. They only offered that bike in 1969. I forgot to mention it didn't have the drag brake, forgot that about it! Very cool find!

    Coast to Coast

Nice find! That is a base model Huffy Wheel. Badged Coast to Coast. The base model had the black steering wheel and painted fenders. The guard on that would be the hockey stick style, not the Flaming Stack style. This was a 1969 only bike I think, they only made the base model one year I...
