Had some free time yesterday so i respoked the wheel. Been a while since i did a 4 cross pattern. I wet sanded the rim and aplied 2 coats of BLO en also applied BLO to the spokes Regreased the hub with some original sachs grease, tensioned and trued the wheel. Looks old, functiones like new...

It looks like a bracket to mount your fender to me. And the piece of pipe is usually a reinforcement

The part i hate the most, cleaning all the goo and grime of the parts, so i try to do it in between fun jobs. Well at least the bearings and cranks are clean😅. Next up making the fork fit. And i found a cool ducktail fender and a chainguard, might use it. First i want a rolling chassis.😊
