    Paint is finished up and ready to start assy. The black krinkle came out nice. Let the fun begin!

    Here is the paint color we are using. The frame will be done in Krinkle Black and all the other parts will be done in Black Magic.

    Now with all the parts fit and the fab work complete its time for paint. On this we are going with old school black. We want to do something a little different so we are going to do the frame in a black crinkle. All the other parts will be done in a matte black finish except for a few chrome...

    The louvered tank panels are something we have been wanting to do on a bike for a while.

    Final welding done on the new head tube and panel brackets. Panels and brackets drilled and located.

    Tank panels being fit to the frame.

    Time to get the brackets installed on the frame and start the tank panels. We used some scrap 1/8" on the brackets and .06 sheet metal for the tank panels. Louvers were also added to both sides on the tank panels.

    Seat post with final welds complete.

    The stock Phat Cycles seat post cut, turned and tacked in place.

    Rear skeleton fender is now complete with final welding done.

    Didn't want to leave the front out. Forks came with the caliper tab. Easy bolt on stuff up front.

    The rear disc mount is done.

    We made custom chain tensioners out of a chunk of aluminum, a washer, nut and a bolt. We also cut a piece of steel for making the rear disc brake caliper mount.

    Rear skeleton fender all tacked in place. We went with different bars were going to use the Sunlite 13.5". The drag bars had to much back sweep.

    With the upper and lower frame tacked in now we are going to do the frame supports on each side.

    Here is the upper main section for the skeleton. going to come to a nice point at the rear of the tire.

    Lower sections in work. Starting to tack everything up and making room for the 3/8" chain on the drive side lower fender section.

    Now its time to start making this bike look like its name. We are going to start rolling some tubing and building the rear fender. The rear fender is going to be a open skeleton using 8 pcs. of tubing.
