1980 Schwinn Cruiser I just finished, for now anyways.

It's a pain for sure, every picture I post rotates for some reason. I found the only way to get the pictures to display correctly is I need to actually edit/rotate them in my album on my phone 360 degrees, yes, back to what they are already, then they load on the post correctly!

Thanks Dizzle, it rides really nice, I ordered some tubing to make a layback seat post, but that will need to wait. We are going camping next weekend, so all the cruisers are going on a road trip!

I think it's done for now, might end up with a few gold anodized bits and some gold Ukais later. Swapped out to Tange forks. Put a newer seat on for now, messenger needs some work.

Here is mock up with wheels and tires.

Cleaned rims and spokes. Spokes got wiped down with Gibbs, stuff is magic. It darkened them up, seals the surface to keep from further corrosion. Rebuilt front and rear hubs, smooth like butter now. Didn't get pictures or rear wheel assembly.

Waxed the frame and fork, polished the fork races, installed forks and the Cebe stem, installed crank and sprocket. Sprocket is a Sugino Snowflake 40 tooth, cranks arms are restored Ashtabula, and decided to go ahead and replace bearing cups and all hardware with some stuff I had new cadium done on.

Here are the tires I'm running, S&M Speedball 26 x 2.4 110 PSI. I actually received the tires a few days ago, these are really well built tires. I mounted on both front and rear rims, they fit the frame and blade forks, rub a little on the chain guard, I'll add some spacers to fix that. Tell you...
