I just cracked open a ‘36 Morrow that was totally rusted. Once I was able to basically re-thread the axle when removing the nuts, the guts came out clean as a whistle. Quality built metal. I love it. I love it.

So just throwing out ideas here… If that KT cog is too small by 1mm and goes on with a snap ring, I’d take a dremal tool and grind that 1mm off until it fit the bendix. Would that work?
