I adapted the clutch lock lever from the lever that came with the kit to the old school brake (clutch) lever. This makes it much less complicated to start.

I have done it on a few forks and been happy with it. Will it just be a cruiser or will you be doing high speeds with it? If it is of no use to you as is you may as well try it.

I dont mind at all. The idea is to make it your own. I am excited to see the rest of the build. The design with a single support down the middle is likely stronger than the original design anyway.:thumbsup:

I have pre-made 20" setups but I can make bigger or smaller with the materials I have. You just need to tell me your wheel size and an estimated desired wheelbase. (Fork shapes vary)

I was going to make a dual exhaust but the kickstand was in the way. This still sounds much better than factory. It also gave it more torque and less hp which is perfect for the kids.
