3G wheels with a nexus3, new style Redline Flights, Vans ODI grips, still have to do a suicide shifter and fabricate a dual headlight mount of the brake mounts on forks. I really like Townies but there are not many of them customized too much. I'm going to try to change that. LOL

I have done several custom Townie builds mostly for friends. I'm an Electra Dealer and I love Townies, super comfortable cruisers! I've done several others but i can't find pics right now. Mike

Check on insurance rates as they get high if you are doing rentals. It is a damn shame that the costs are so high to try to start a little shop. You're going to need insurance to be able to buy parts from most suppliers and protect yourself against any potential lawsuits. Mike

Yes they are 26" wheels. I was actually surprised at how we'll they fit. I was going to put a set of tuff wheels on it but there was too much frame gap to rig some brakes on it. The funny thing is this bike wheelies easy and then if bites ya and loops out with no notice! I just ate asphalt for...

I picked this up last month and it has rained all day so I tried a scrap parts build! Old ape hangers, a Suntour copy stem and a old rusted townie 3 Spd. wheelset. It actually rides really nice! I did pit a new chain on. LOL
