My Dad was getting ready to put some pipe insulation "pads" (on the trunk of the Monte Carlo) on my bike. Wrapped em up with duct tape and voila. I was bullet proof after that!
Haha yep, helmets schmelmets. It was a cool on too, metallic purple with a yellow bubble visor. Those were the days. I'll be 49 in September. I feel every bit of 44. :crazy:
Changed this one up a bit. Nice og paint wheelset, replaced the guard, finished up my light project and added a new brake arm strap and jewel reflector.
Antique spoon for brake strap and a 3 button jewel to hook it up.
1847 patent date, pretty cool.
