Yeah the dents were filled in by welding over them and grinded then filed down, multiple times. And yeah the kickback wasn't used, a new Sturmey Archer 3spd was donated and laced in by @SlyRed

Yeah they tie in really good, they would have been on a CWC frame just like this one.

I just used the old broken nuckle to hit with a hammer, straightened up pretty easy.

I can. A lot depends on if the guy I got it off of can locate the missing tank and rack and if I can afford em as to if I keep it or it goes to someone with deeper pockets. @GuitarlCarl
