Looks early 1980's or newer to me. Similar to a Grand Trophy model. But not sure without seeing the bike.

That will be a fun one to clean up! Neat. I would probably make it a single speed coaster if it was mine. But cool bike however.

Not bad.... Bigger tires might be ok. I like a little sidewall.

a vintage fork painted to match would really improve it. I was thinking springer like the old J33's. Something like this look.

It's cool. The only thing that doesn't look right to me is the forks on those. I would maybe get a cheap 20" springer.

The fork change totally transforms these bikes! Collegiate's and Voyager's too!

Had a Trek similar to that once and after heat, torches, and impacts it came out to reveal the frame was cross-threaded from the factory. The shop I went to said they had seen other Treks like that too. Hopefully you post the John Deere pics when you are done.
