    MBBO Mongoose pit crewzer

Well so much for the bb bolting directly to the frame it was close but off just enough to make me come up with a different direction I found if I shortened the space between the bolt holes down to 3" I could attach a floor flange at an angle so 2 holes lined up across from one another Now I just...

I took the seat off the post and noticed the holes line up with ones from the bracket attached the bb I flipped the post to see if I could maybe utilize the post and the bb for pit crewzer

Picked up this made in Finland exercise bike for free I think I can use some parts from it for this build while maintaining the cool looking frame for a future build Should know sometime next week Btw the wheel is solid steel not a kuel steel wheel cover like other vintage stationary bikes

Came up with this idea late in the weekend Unfortunately I could only find one rear rack to use as a mock up I thinking of using it to fill the upper gap between the seat and the front of the bike I have other rear racks I can dig out this week or check my local co-op to find any that fit best

Got the middle cut out Also put in a strong tie to keep frame together until I finalize the amount I want to narrow it The distance between the bolts on the strong tie is 4" I can cut out another whole inch but keeping it at 4" for now

I unfortunately never got to finish my donkey bike in the main build off due to many reasons Main one being I couldn't get the bike to be 4 ft or less in length Ironically at the same time I picked up this used mongoose zam bmx styled scooter to use at work I removed rear hinge foot brake when I...

    TRADITIONAL Donkey kong

I picked up a free 12" bike a while back and have been trying every possible combination to make the donkey bike as short as possible However I cannot get it under the 4 ft length I truly think to make it a donkey bike I need to be no longer than 3 1/2 foot in lenght There is only one way I can...

    TRADITIONAL Donkey kong

    TRADITIONAL Donkey kong

Two rules concerning the bb that the little 500 has since it's inception Only one piece cranks and cage bearing only (no loose or sealed types) I decided to abandon the one piece crank only rule It opens up the opportunity to use many more frames However I kept the cage bearing only rule From...

    TRADITIONAL Donkey kong

This isn't my main choice for the build off but seeing as how I haven't yet chosen what to build and I planned on getting this built because of the summer Olympics this year it's going to be a good backup build I have had this trek frame before in a multi speed but it had issues I also had...

Thnx 4 the heads up on the chain line but yes I did see that and corrected it just not before i took those mock up pics Here is how i have the dana mocked up after adjusting to clear the chain line I spent the weekend looking for something that i could use to attach the u bolts to the...

NEW build "Dynamo" previously Lady Godiva

Thanx 4 the heads up one of the other reasons I decided to go with this build at such a last minuet is that since everything is bolt on and I am trying to keep it as original as possible I can simply switch out the dana setup and go back to a stock drivetrain and just post the bike in a basic...
