Thats not the only spot, just the biggest, and so much rust came out of the inside that I wouldn't feel safe. Luckily I can salvage the front end, seat, bars and wheels for future projects, and it only cost me $30 to begin with.
Well, it had potential anyway… Then when I was cleaning up the frame I noticed this along the bottom frame tube.… Have I ever mentioned how much I hate shore bikes?
Well I picked up a bike on Craigslist and was wondering if anybody knew anything about it. There's a sticker under the headbadge with the initials PWB, but other than that there's no id on it. Does anyone know anything more about this diamond in the rough?

"one of a kind, 24" 3 speed, can be riden, make a great display piece in a bar, store front, man cave etc.."
Does anybody know of a dual spring Monark type springer that will accept a 3" x26" tire? I tried the Sunlight one that J&B sells and the top of the tire rubs the bottom of the fork...
She's like new, long low and black single speed. Spring is coming and I'm thinning the herd again. $225 local pickup, can be delivered within 20 miles of Cherry Hill, NJ.
I originally had a monarch style aftermarket Springer on my red Baron, but it would not clear the 26 inch by 3 inch tires I was using. Does anyone know if somebody makes one that will?
I have to be truthful, the only reason I haven't given a more serious look to the conversion tanks is because they work with a girl's frame, which would be way too small for me to ride comfortably...but a tretch frame with that tank? I'll be watching...
