Love this build. Can I recommend some Gibbs Penetrating Oil for the rusty hood. Really gives life to the rust and brings out color. Dries to the touch in a day or two. Way superior to WD40. You can find it on eBay; a little pricy but well worth it. I’ve used it on all my rats and am now using it...

My last build, Coda, from the 2018 Muscle Bike Build Off. Probably the last rusty Sting-Ray I’ll build. Here’s Deuce Deuce in comparison. Barely any larger, but a whole lot stouter. On the bench, ready for an oil bath. furyus

The fork is made in the USA by S&M Bikes. As to wheels, tires and the rest, well, stay tuned! By the way, I love cruisers, choppers and motorbike-ish bikes, too. I admit that this build is a nice change from my usual rust treatments, however. furyus

Please try to keep the steering wheel. It’s as important as the hood to the project, in my less than humble opinion. We’re not even a week in; you can make it work! furyus
