Curiosity got the best of me and It's killin me to figure this out, lol. Looks like possibly a mid 30's Colson Flyer or Rover maybe, the chainring looks Mead, but that could have been changed out at anytime. Thought it could have been a Mead motorbike, but the little tangs on the forks didn't...
