I tend to agonize about the fitment of my builds. It's not worth the time and effort if it's not comfortable, no matter how 'kool' it looks. I had the bars on the B-2 bent 2 times after receiving them. Each time getting the span tighter and tighter. The original span was jacking my elbows...

Re: Billy Jack - maiden voyage Finally got it all buttoned up. Used the Steel-It paint to cover the custom made 1.25" apes and fork like done on the B-2. Wrapped the grips like my other builds. Ready for the Hoedown in Phillytown tomorrow! Spin

I don't have the frame around (p-coaters) so I rigged up this half-hiney rake & trail measuring jig. current set up proposed set up looks like the proposed would give me negative trail, so back to the drawing board.

maybe I'll make em, then get em spot welded on the back side. If they don't work, I'll just grind em off.
