Hot Rod Spaceliner - by B4C

Well, ratters...the OCC is a no-go...at least not with the front disc!! Not NEAR enough width! And for future reference, I have TWO OCC forks.... So I'm back to the Murray fork with or without the (actually early) truss rods... Not much clearance for the disc.... Sent from my iPhone...

Joe, My truck is a '46 Chevrolet pickup. Small journal 283 SBC, Muncie, MII...it will be satin black with gold metal flake interior paint, white/black/gold upholstery, gold/silver pinstripes and switching back-n-forth between AR TorqThrusts (early '60's look) and steelies with '50 Buick wheel...

Let's Build A Hot Rod Bike!!! Inspiration Solicitation...

Thanks for the mind dump! [emoji12][emoji106] Lots of really good ideas!! My frame is bare metal, not chrome! Haven't been lucky enough to stumble upon a nice chrome frame (although I DO have a chrome Flightliner!) The WCC fork is the standard chrome with rust, but it could probably be brought...

Quite honestly, you'll have to hit a vintage automobile swap meet and look for the guys selling early Ford (1928-1938) parts. Everything (except the homemade mounting bracket) started as mechanical brake parts. I'll try to get a "how-to" thread in the main forum soon...just don't hold your...

Thanks to everyone that voted for ElgIndian! By far my best showing in a build-off! I finished tied for 13th in the overall voting...out of 54 builds! I'm happy with that! Thanks for the votes! What really blew my mind was that, in the "builders-only" voting I was either fourth or tied for...

Best place to sell complete bikes and customs

I took 20 bikes to the spring Charlotte Auto Fair and brought home....20! The problem with events like Charlotte/Carlisle/Hershey is that those guys are looking for specific CAR parts! Sure, you'll get the occasional guy that comes in to reminisce of their younger days, they compliment your...
