    Prophetic dream about Stingray?

I was looking through Google books about the Schwinn Stingray and found this http://books.google.com/books?id=358dVh ... &q&f=false Someone claims to have dreamed about Stingrays before they came out. It starts at the bottom of page 35.

    Its Loved!

I'm putting together a Stingray style bike, now, using an unmarked frame that an Ebay seller thinks comes from overseas (Japan?). Its orange like a Krate. There's no markings on it and I was wondering what to put on the front (instead of a Schwinn badge). I found this on Ebay. It might work...

    Its Loved!

I looked at the bike close up and it appears that the fork isn't completely straight. Its tight though. No wobbling or anything.

    Its Loved!

The fork isn't bent as far as I can tell. I rode my Schwinn to the Metro today and used a U type lock which someone at the bike store I bought it from says that the police recomend. I bought an old Sears Free Spirit from a thrift store today for $25.00 which I'm planning to use to ride to and...

My Bianchi Timberwolf was stolen today (Feb 14, 2011). It was locked up at the Greenbelt Metro Station in Maryland. If anyone has any information about it can you post here?

I got a Bianchi Timberwolf a year ago and have been riding that to and from the subway station. It works good in the snow, too. I rode it last winter during the snow storms.

    First Confession

I remember back in the 60's when my mother made me and my brother go to Sunday school at a Methodist church and my brother used to wonder who Adam and Eve's children married. He later came to the conclusion that there were more than one set of Adams and Eves and their children intermarried. I...

    First Confession

Pope places some faith in Darwin's theory of evolution Reported by Richard Owen, from Rome THE Pope risked the wrath of the religious Right yesterday by declaring that Darwin's theory of evolution was compatible with Christian faith. In a message to the Pontifical Academy of Sciences, which...

    First Confession

I read an article a couple years ago about the Pope accepting Charles Darwin's philosophy. He said he did this because too many Protestant evangialists preach creationism. Do Catholics accept the theory of evolution now?

    DIY trailer for a bike

I noticed a lot of bikes have a threaded hole on the frame near the back wheel. Its like a rounded nut welded to the frame. I have three bikes that have this. Maybe you can connect the forks of another bike to bolts in the holes like that shown in the picture in the first post.

    DIY trailer for a bike

I was wondering how they connected the bikes in the first picture. Maybe they welded connectors on the bike in the front.

You mean the stainless steel bike? Its a lot lighter than the Schwinn Racer. The stainless steel bike seems to be lighter than the average ten speeds that I've seen. I held a titanium bike frame one time in a bike store in the late 70's. That was really light. I never rode a bike with a...

    Is this a rat rod?

I wonder how a light weight trike would be like, maybe a titanium or other light frame.
