3 some blossoms into OC Baby. The Baby Blue 70’s Columbia Trike takes on a new look with the help of a couple old Schwinn OCC’s and a few more odd parts from the bone yard. Slap on a pair of Ape Hangers, a 29’er front tire and laid back old school steel seat and there you have it. Many props...

Well- here she is. Down to the wire. Wish I had more time. I see many more changes in this bikes future but today, this is how she rolls. Going to get some quality photos today and post some final shots later tonight. Good luck all and thanks for some quality feedback during this build. Fun...

Nothing like coming down to the wire. I’m taking her to the beach in the morning for pics. That is, once I’ve finished putting her together. Have a question- can I change the name of the bike in the final posts? She has taken a different direction this summer and I want to call her OC Baby. I...

Last journal entry before I post to contest wall. Will probably roll with original basket and a laid back seat post over the top. Not sure on seat. Will add a few more details I’m sure. Pretty sure I’ll “Ocean City Maryland” theme this one at some point, since that’s where she will be spending...

Well.... it’s been a while. Thank goodness we have all summer! Some progress. Don’t judge my color choices. It’s going to look good when it’s all put together. (I hope) :whew:

Thanks Odd Jobs. Not sure Porkchop will do a solid pipe with a custom angle bend. Looks like I can find that 7/8 solid pipe pretty easily. I’ll just need to find someone here in my area to put a bend on it. Maybe I’ll look into getting a break and bending some myself[emoji16] Sent from my...

Where can I find a custom seat post? Just went on Chop Shop Customz Facebook page and it appears he is no longer producing?

They’re off an old 20” Mongoose fat tire bike. Another cheap purchase off craigslist/Facebook market hanging in the boneyard. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Love the basket idea. I plan on a bent bar seat post so the basket may have to go anyway. Need an old wood crate that will tuck nicely under the seat. Or the keg. Pretty sweet idea as well! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Haven’t had a lot of down time to play but it looks like I’ve figured out how to mount these rear tires. Mock up almost complete. Then I’ll tear her back down.

Sort of. I work for a franchise group that owns some BDubs on the east coast. Great marketing piece. Wish it were my full time job[emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

huge Worksman fan. $60 is a steal. Even if you did have to drive 2 hours. I turned this old Worksman into a sauce bike. Fun project.
