Kingman Az, Route 66 in general

I think you can drive much of historic Route 66 from Williams, all the way to Kingman. When I lived in the Phoenix area, we passed through Kingman many times on the way to Laughlin, NV. I never mountain biked there. -I am glad Kingman is prospering. I really miss living in AZ.

Great link. I read one of the Cosmic Ray books too. For a while, we rode down the National from the antennas to 48th street once a week after work. Help! I want a Rat Rod

My Flightliner handles a 24x2.125 rear just fine. I bought is as a frame and rat trap fork only. -I didn't realize that it was made for 24" tires until I tried a 26" tire (fortunately, from another bike I owned).

The true value of this hobby...

"So, to sum it all up...I think the true value of this hobby, as silly or overdramatic as it may sound, is the constant resurrection of cool old stuff, utilizing other cool old stuff, that we build with our own two hands, keeping a little bit of history alive, and not only seeing the fruits of...

    Tour De Fat

Love the Tour de Fat; the bikes, the beer, the music and everything. Alas, they are not coming to Austin this year (again). Asheville is about 300 miles closer to me than Tempe.
