    Grandpa was cool.

Your Grandpa would definitely fit right in here. I haven’t heard of many people that built their own arc-welder. They had to be resourceful because they couldn’t just stop by Harbor Freight on the way home from work and pick up what they needed.

    Townie suspension

The triple tree chopper forks on EBay are adjustable to fit a tall headset but I do not see many with suspension.

    Mongoose Dolemite to Ebike

Just look for any shimano compatible 6 speed freewheel, Kilroy. I think you have a freewheel, vice cassette setup. your brake calipers are rebranded tektros.

Any ideas on ID or value

Agree with musclebikemadman. The extra "rim" on the back wheel was driven by a belt and engine. Probably had a Whizzer engine kit.

Cassette To Single For Cruiser Ebike?

I converted a couple of bikes from cassette to single cog with the spacers and chain tensioner. It rode well ,even though the wheel was still dished for the cassette.

    How to bend Sissy Bars?

It is an honor to have you respond to my post, TJ. That whole bike rocks. Based on the degree of difficulty of bending tubing, I may try to do some sort of articulated and suspended sissy bar.

    How to bend Sissy Bars?

I was afraid of that, axeman88. I weigh well over 2 bills, so the reduction in strength will be an issue.

    How to bend Sissy Bars?

Saw this bike on Pinterest (it aint mine) and admired the bends in the sissy bar. Is there a simple way to make those bends without ruining the chrome, like conduit benders or propane torches?

    Sears Spyder 24"

I have been doing some muscle bike maintenance on it. -The Sissy bar cracked (err, severed), so I installed a new one that clamps on, rather than bolts on. Spirited pedaling produces side forces that can quickly wear out the sissy bar. I replaced the seat post too, as I was never really happy...

    Revolve e-muscle bike

This is the first electrified Muscle Bike I have seen offered by a manufacturer. 24" rear tire and 20" front tire with ape bars. -It is also a fat tire bike. -I would rather save a grand an build my own, but it is a cool little e-bike...

Don "the Snake" Prudhomme Drag Car Tribute Bicycle.

I love drag racing (as a spectator). To me, it is more fun than watching road course and oval cars make lap after lap for hours.

Stretching a Frame - But HOW MUCH do I stretch?

That is a very unconventional frame, so the usual rules of thumb do not apply. -I have seen adults riding those Jesse James choppers, but it required a long seat post. - I would stretch the seat stays and chain stays a few inches to accommodate a 24 in rear wheel and leave the rest of the...
