Next up for deburring is the stem. Seems to take on the cast look before chrome application. Going for the rough industrial on most of the chrome. Will leave the chain ring shiny for contrast. If anyone tries this make sure to apply a matte clear coat or stain of choice; of course if you like...

Starting to see too much shiny bits. Used the rotary deburr bit & took the shine off the exposed handgrips base.

I am going to use 2 pairs of old skinny rims to fabricate my front rear fenders that will tie in with my "Tank". Will post pics of this weekend's progress later

Chain ring done

Ain't feeling the fenders for this build. Will be making more in keeping with the direction this build is going. So this pair will go into storage for another day.

Added inserts to the "Tank".

Final Hand Grip design.

Adding a little detail: Filled in the first tube; the Medieval weld by JB. No, the second pic is not a gun handle; the chainguard is done.

Filled in the first section of the lower tube & painted; wanted to see what it looked in contrast with the"Tank".

Took a break from the build. Traded 3 steampunk lamps I made for this 40's Art Deco Stroller. I can't wait to diesel punk it once the build is complete.

Fabbed the Chain guard and will paint (torch) to match fenders .

Digging it. Bet if you inflate the outer tires a little more than the center, you should be fine.

Mockup of Handle bar & grip design. Made the grips from some machine bits out of the red tool box. Will do the same deep chocolate finish as the forks.

Applied Aged Blacksmith finish to the fork & dodads. It doesn't show in the pic, the color is a deep chocolate. The contrast between the fender looks good.
