Finally back into the swing of things, still more body work. The deep fender that I am using from an old Monark was really dinged up, its taking FOREVER to get this straight again... about to throw in the towel on this and go with another fender I have...

Dialing her in... Hard to believe that this bike is almost 75 years old, than I look at the tank again and then I get it. Trying to get a perfect surface finish.

Snowed in, then an ice storm, car is stuck down the road... perfect time to get on these bikes. I'm after a totally smooth and flawless frame and parts, and it can be a complete pain in the rear to get their. First round of sanding and filler... looking good, more primer filler tomorrow.

Here is the Monark project I'm starting for my wife... I'm taking this frame... and combining it with everything I can from this... This would torque a purist or two, good thing its a rat rod forum!

Here is the fold up hide away paint booth thing a magig I made today... seems to work well
