I think we use the same little welder Carl. When I was welding up the UNVEGA for the MBBO5, I had grabbed a roll of .035 wire too. It seemed to roll through the tip just fine. AND..I actually liked working with the .35 wire better than the .30 This, despite all I read about this little...

I've ordered through China before too...I think it took about a month for items to arrive..maybe a little less. These freewheels I ordered through Home Depot look nice. I paid $7.77 for one and $8 for the other...16T & 18T. Here in 4 days no shipping, same as China ones I suppose, but I didn't...

That's frame is a great idea Luke.:dance2: I like the frame, either 20" or 26" they both look good. thinking 24" might be nice, I ride a 24" a lot and it's just right , right in the middle. I think you should also make a custom 'adjustable' jig available too. one that could slide in and out..up...

UPDATE: Parts came in yesterday...a day ahead of schedule..I walked in this morning..nice lady behind the pick up counter, which is conveniently located right in the front of the store asked my name, fetched the order, put them in a bag, I signed that I received them, was out the door. 5...

Hi Luke, you weld the outside of 'what' to 'what".... All I can picture is that stopping the freewheel action? I may be 'freewheel' impaired,:bigsmile: good chance of that, cuz I never used these, usually just keep the cog I want and use spacers. :doh:

I hear that. I can see it if you need some custom part in a hurry, otherwise Ill just wait & find what I need online....not a home depot shopper here either....

apparently,, some of the stuff doesn't ship to store...and some does...a good percentage of basic 'stuff', and some not so basic stuff will ship to store...I guess it's a bit hit or miss..
