If you REALLY want the new Felt Zig Zag Tires...

Meh, don't care much for felt. This ridiculous pricing is one of the reasons why.

    Lets see your winter bike.

Nice cold 60 degree winter weather. Have a fender just incase it rains.

Am I the only one who thinks the springer looks better on there? Either way, love the build, you always build such cool bikes.

ELITISM IN RAT ROD BIKE COMMUNITY?

Lol, I remember I got RRB of the day on Facebook a while back, it was an old Elgin prepare frame, built up as a pig bike, apes and a nanner. Some guy who I ended up seeing at a cruise messaged me on FB asking why I would ever do that to an old bike. Hahaha.

ELITISM IN RAT ROD BIKE COMMUNITY?

I've never sensed any elitism here in the site, the only time that I have experienced it was on a few cruises. Some folks seem to think that old prewar bikes should only be completely restored to look like they did when they were new.

Show your Ind_Chuckz Workman/Heavy duty build!

Got mine to bare metal and spent several days polishing it by hand. Painted my rims a cream color and mounted some nice fatties on them, I used a brass bell and chain to match the bracing. This is my favorite bike yeah I have ever built, rides so smooth too.

    Plastic dip spray a bike

I plast dipped my steel wheels on my truck. They held up great for 6 months. I'm sure it would hold up just fine on a frame.

    Lets see some 24" lovin

My 24" ride, not sure what the frame is, my guess is late 40s, rocking a sulky slick in the back, homemade truss rods, delta light, and CWC skiptooth drivetrain.

Just want some opinions Suspension or sacriledge?

Upsetting Schwinn purists is a hobby of mine. I especially love telling them that Schwinns make GREAT parts bikes.

    Cycle Truck

As far as parts go, the only items I need to buy are the brackets and kickstand from worksman, maybe a set of fenders? I have several rims and hubs around that i can use, I just need to lace them up and narrow down my tire and paint choice. I want a wooden crate up front, finished with an old...

    Cycle Truck

I'm entering a little late I know but, I just wasn't sure what frame to build up. I decided to use this worksman LGB that I can't seem to get rid of. It's still painted in its factory red color and I thought of just keeping it red but the truth is, the factory paintjob is pretty bad. I'm...

How to fade chrome/make it dull??

I used gray scotch brite pads with pb blaster to dull all the chrome on my 40' build. Did my bars, fenders, stem and chain ring. Here's a close up of the fender.

    What's ya style

I often watch old Orange County Choppers reruns to draw inspiration. I hope to one day be able to build an awesome Spider-Man looking bike like they did.
