    Store bought cruiser, what's best?

If you want the cheapest, and you are talking about like walmart or atrget, Huffy Cranbooks are oftern sold for less than 100$ They are easy to cutomize, cheap, and good riders if you take some time to regrease and give the bike another inspection after purchase.

Thoughts on riding long distance. Well, 20 miles.

That's a fun trail, we usually ride close to that on cruises here in north county, oceanside a coast being one if the hilliest places.

    Best place to buy spokes?

Member CRASH sent me a link to a website that I cannot find in my PMs for the life of me. Black spokes, measured, cut and threaded ran me pretty cheap.

    New 24" musclebike.

I did, it looks a bit rough in the pics, looks much better and tighter in person. I'm kind of obsessed with 24" rides right now, I have my cwc frame lying around too, I might take apart my schwinn trike and use the rear axle on it for the build off.

Does anyone know if those springers are better than the plain generic chrome ones?

Mike Wolfe of American Pickers & FELT Bicycles create the "Red Wolfe" Bike

I don't dislike Mike Wolf, and I think it's silly to blame HIM for the increase in bikes/parts. I am just not a fan of Felt bikes, I'm not into the new/retro look, their bikes remind me of the new mustang/camaro/challenger cars out there today, just not a fan of that look.
