Run DMC never came across my mind but now I'm trying to figure out how to incorporate a gold chain into the build.

Briefly checked out both websites, Thanks. I'm not sure what size I need yet but glad to see all of my options. Now I just need to figure out how to get the axle out. I've been researching and I think I may know how but I'm on a 48hr shift and have a lot or stuff to do tomorrow so I don't...

    Tricky Trike

Good idea I never thought about trying that, I think I'm gonna 86 the whole front frame from the chain stays and seat stays forward so I can put a larger wheel up front. We'll see, Thanks for the advice though, so many smart ideas floating around this website.

    Tricky Trike

Ok I was thinking about not entering the build off, but I figured the worst that could happen is that I don't finish in time. I plan on building this tricycle for a friend so I might as use it in the build off. Not 100% sure of what my end game is but I would like to put larger wheels and...

    Tricycle sprocket issues

It has a hub on one side so it will only move in one direction. It may be rusted so bad that it won't slide. I'll lube it up and beat some more I guess.

    Tricycle sprocket issues

How do I get the axel out? The sprocket had a set screw that I removed? I tried to beat the shaft out but it didn't seemed to want to move much.

    Tricycle sprocket issues

Ok people. I have this junk 20" wheel tricycle that has been sitting in the weather for no telling how many years. Fortunately everything still turns but barely. I was thinking about using it for the build off but I have a friend that wants it and I will have to accommodate him during this and...

    Clear coat over raw metal

I'm interested in this too. I just stripped down a frame and fork too. I'm gonna paint some of it but I want some to surface rust before I coat it. How do you think the Gibbs will work for rust or what about anyone's experience with linseed over rust and how will the Gibbs or linseed do over...

    Make your own ape hangers

Great use of resources and it does look good to. I talked to a buddy earlier today and he told me he has some 1" DOM at his shop I can have. I'm gonna play around and see what I can come up with.

    Make your own ape hangers

I'll look around and see. Thanks. I may just weld up set and put a slight bend in the riser. My brother in law just got a blacksmith forge set up so I may try to use it to heat and my my slight bends. I mounted my bought apes and they're not as bad as I was thinking but I want something special...

    Make your own ape hangers

What are y'all's suggestions on bending and making your own apes. I searched around and bought a pair but I'm not liking them. I figured the only way I'm gonna get what I want is to make the. Not sure what material to use I'm guessing 7/8 DOM? How can I bend it without an expensive bender. I may...
