I have the bars that came from the Elgin I built, it's fenders (through hell and back) and the struts for the fenders. I have several Maltese cross chai wheels from Felts. I have cranks, stems, and no wheel sets at the moment. It sounds like "yeshoney" has the wheels you are looking for...

I am at their place for Christmas & Thanksgiving every year among other days. I am considered a part of the family and love them all. The Elgin was frustrating compared to my old standby Felts - and the Elgin looks really nice. I am loving yours! Keep going and let me know if you need anything.

I went to the powder coater today because some of my stuff was cluttering up their shop. Now the fun of assembly begins. I recently ordered the balance of the stickers for the rims. I hope they only take a week to get back but they rarely come back so quickly anymore. - by Gigmata

If you still have the Amp fork see if Cane Creek has a solution. The tapered Lauf fork being used on "Sorcery" uses a headset with the bearings on the outside of the head tube. Crazy, right.
