Spent a little time on the prize for class 2 winner yesterday. Its almost ready, just waiting for some copper solid rivets to turn up.....

It's adhesive backed. There were several grades available, I chose the most expensive and it has paid off. It's really nice stuff to work with. I'm so glad I went this route and didn't try and paint the "drips"

I finished drilling the holes in the kick stand extension. I decided to paint it in the end. Having just cycled across a bumpy field, I can confirm that it doesn't drop down. Success!

I've also finished the wiring of the lights and USB socket. You can see the little on/off button at the bottom. I wanted the switch to light up orange, but it looks more yellow. Oh well! I think the foam seal has pushed the doors a little out. This means the wood slats are no longer equally...
