yup....weird, like they welded them on in the wrong place.. I googled the Windwood and found out they came with a rack and a bobbed rear fender,, that's what went in the two tabs. Boy, did they have a fugly chain guard..

Degrease, then Evaporust. There are plenty of other concoctions that work also, but Evaporust is pretty much foolproof.

Where'd you get the Led's and what powers them? Is what you showed in the pic everything needed? I ride at dusk quite often and notice my flashing tail light really keeps traffic moved over.
