Motorized bicycles vibrate... a lot! The fender braces on most bicycles are not very sturdy, sometimes the vibration will crack a mount and the rear of the fender will get grabbed by the tire and sucked up into the front forks and completely lock the front tire (not good at 20-30mph)...

The thing to remember is that ANY vote you got means there is a person who thinks your bike is a top 3 bike. We don't vote for 4th or 16th or 33rd... it just gets ranked that way based on how many people believe you have a top 3 bike.

I have to agree with getting rid of the fenders. There's some pretty scary pictures on the web of fenders that have wrapped up motorized bikes. Good luck, Rg

Yeah, the percentages are not working properly...

Well, I didn't count the votes but it says 5 votes is 2% so that means only 250 votes cast (divided by 3 votes per person that's a little over 80 people who voted) Maybe my math is wrong, but this seems low to me...

Not the townie but my wife has the 3-speed Amsterdam and she loves it. The Electra's are great bikes, I'd buy another one in an instant. Good luck, Rg

To tell the truth, I'm a slacker. I can drag a build out for YEARS (I have them to prove it) The build-offs get me off my butt and in the garage. Rg
