    Question about middleweights bikes

Thankyou gentleman yes I did get it figured out. I spent a lil money trying to figure it out lol but it's all good now. So yea 2.0 were too tight 1.95 fit the rear but snug in the front 1.75 was a perfect fit. Not even 10 minutes after I finished putting the bike together I got an offer i...

    Crossbrace handlebars

Yea I'm officially an ...... Simple as removing the cinch bolt on the neck and sliding the crossbrace through it. In my defense I have a cold and the 4 or five glasses of whiskey I've had so far fighting this cold off I'm sure added to the stupidity lol. Problem solved. I'll leave this thread up...

But couldn't you just get a micargi with the same set up for $350-$375?? I'm a classic bike guy I don't know much about these but the bike club guys I know all ride stretches and they seem to get their ol skool Dynos and newer micargis in the $200-$375 range.

    Question about middleweights bikes

So basically if I want to keep the fenders on (which I do cause it's all original paint) it sounds like I will need to run 1.75 tires. Does anyone know what wheel company columbia used in 1957 for a middleweight straight bar?

    Question about middleweights bikes

i just bought the 57 columbia frame setup from tanksalot and I guess it's a middleweight. I collect balloon tires and am a lil uneducated on the middleweights. My question is I guess the bike takes a 26x1.75 tire. I was wondering if I could run a kenda k130 tire. It's a 26x2.125 tire but I've...

Help mounting front wheel on prewar fork

I don't like messing with American workmanship but I had to cut haha I was afraid I was gonna bend my axel. Truthfully I measured it out and cut it flush with the mounting hole so there was an almost straight insert to where the hole was and it sits in there perfectly no adjusting or nothing.

    Opinions?

Hahaha I knew I set myself up on that one lol :) :) :) im sure there's some kool bikes out here but I'm sure I'll see big foot shooting dice at the casino before I see any for sale lol

    Opinions?

Lemme rephrase my comment cause I made a bold claim, I bring some of the oldest original paint bikes to the cl market lol. I'm sure somewhere out here in the land of crackheads and hookers there's some old bikes lol

    Opinions?

In vegas there's frames that sit there for months. Currently on the Las Vegas cl there's 4 vintage bikes of merit with 2 of mine being the oldest and nicer looking ones. I'd say in the last year alone outa the 10-12 bikes I've bought 3 of them were local one of which I bought then sold then...
