nylocks are the nuts that have a little plastic ring in them so they will not come loose easy. The Indian front end is cool and works great. I built one for Etta. If you want to look at the build thread for last year you can see how I did it.

a old Schwinn fork should be strong enough would not think a 40 dollar one would be very tough though. remember you will be going in he neighbor hood of 30mph so nylock everything!!!!! as for the rims either would work but you need good hubs and real. with the forks you will be able to watch...

so winter build dates? and would anyone have a problem with Momma Jats and I teaming up? There will not be any fork fabrication etc. But she needs a trike to ride. it will be a combination of Schwinn trike and another frame. its her choice of colors Etc. what do you guys think? Troy

no its a high low hub. first one I have seen!! it has 2 blue stipes on it Troy

thank you! I hoped the whites would tie together!!! the Leafs cut very easy with the 4 inch grinder cut off wheel, very slow though! was able to cut them with out changing the color of the metal and the slower you cut the longer the wheel lasts also! the fork is working very well and is breaking...
